CT Nigeria Ltd diversifying into Real Estate

CT Nigeria Ltd made a foray into the real estate market in 2021 by developing five units of four-bedroom terrace duplexes at the Chessville Estate in Life Camp Abuja.

In addition, we are collaborating with a developer to build a 4000+ square meter plot of land owned by CT Nigeria Ltd on the diplomatic drive Katampe expansion. It will have eight fully finished 6-bedroom mansionettes with a penthouse when it is completed.

In the next five years, we want to be among Abuja?s top ten real estate developers. 

New projects are planned for Enugu and Lagos next year.
